The drinks were good but there was this rude old lady named "Ana" over on the counter who assumed I spoke Spanish but I just told her my orders of what I wanted and then she statted yelling at me in Spanish because I couldn't understand what she was even saying at all and then she finally said "Nombre" to "Name" and scoffed at me and then when I tried spelling out my name to her I get dismissed by her and wait atleast few minutes for my order to be served. The one who served me my order was atleast nice but the lady named "Ana" was not.

This Starbucks is my favorite because the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They can get very busy during certain times and they handle the rush so well. The staff makes the store and this crew is great.

Really great experience at Starbucks. The staff here is always friendly, patient, and professional, even when the store gets busy. My drinks are consistently made correctly and come out quickly, which I really appreciate during the morning rush. The location is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere for sitting down to work, study, or just relax with a coffee. The employees seem to work well together and do a great job keeping the line moving without making customers feel rushed. Overall, this is definitely one of the better Starbucks locations around the area, and I always look forward to stopping by.

Can't go wrong with a cold Starbucks drink on a warm spring day. My nieces and I stopped in over the weekend for some drinks, and one of my nieces received her drink for free because it was her birthday! Friendly staff and clean restaurant. I was a bit disappointed there was no drive through; but that didn't change our mood. I love the coconut and ube options they offer! A definite must try if you're a ube lover.

This Starbucks is pretty small, if you want to sit in and complete some work it isn't the best option. It does have a drive thru if that's what you're looking for. The employees are very kind. One young lady served me at my table. It can get a little crowded. This is best as an in and out location or for use of the drive thru.

One of my faves, never had a bad coffee, employees in the morning are welcoming and the most important thing is their consistency. Once again ,I never had a bad coffee or a messed up order.

I’m over this Starbucks location. Every time I go in this store, it feels like you’re an inconvenience to the employees. I asked for venti hot coffee, was given a cup that was half way full and after milk was still significantly empty. When I initially ordered, I just said milk & sugar & the guy taking my order said that the milk & sugar was on the side, okay no problem. But when I got my disappointment of coffee, there actually wasn’t any milk, so when I asked him for it, same thing acting as if I’m bothering you. Just drive a few more minutes up Hempstead turnpike for a better experience, I gave this location way more changes than I should have. I really didn’t feel like arguing over a cup of coffee but come on, you’re starting people’s day.
